Dale Ray has an extensive knowledge of the Texas landscape and brings hands on expertise due to his background. He was born and raised in South Texas. Along with hunting and fishing Dale Ray enjoys passing along his love for the outdoors to the next generation with his own children (5 girls) and various youth groups.

As a previous ranch manager, Dale Ray has first-hand experience managing deer breeding programs, guiding hunts and range conversation. He works with Texas Parks and Wildlife in various programs including LMA accounts, MLD Permits and TWIMS accounts. He is an experienced homebuilder and has managed well-known commercial construction projects.
